Q: How long is the boat ride going to & fro Calaguas?
A: It's approximately 2hrs
Q: What if we loose some of our personal things while on tour?
A: May we remind you to always keep your things inside your tent. We don't hold any responsibility of your personal belongings.
Q: Do you provide water (hot & cold) & ice?
A: Yes we provide them however, our ice are limited
Q: Where do we meet up in daet if we don't avail the package with r/t bus ride?
A: We will meet at Jollibee Pimentel (with Drive Thru) or
At Edgardo's Sinangag Plaza Diversion Road (150 mtrs away from DLTB Terminal) from 6am-7am
Q: What if we are late? Sorry but we have to leave you behind.
A: We cannot compromise our other guests.
Q: Can we have bonfire?
A: Nope it’s not allowed because it can harm the quality of the precious calaguas white sand
Q: Can we take home some Calaguas white sand?
A: It's forbidden, Calaguas Island might sink :p
Q: Can we bring liquors?
A: Of course and you can share some too :)
Q: Are there liquors for sale on the island?
A: Yes there are but very costly
Q: What if there's a storm?
A: 3 days or 1 day before the travel date, we are giving notice of tour cancellation. we do not refund BUT we do REBOOK TOURS within twelve (12) months counting from the cancelled trip.
Q: What if we cancel our tour?
A: In the event that you had paid the down payment, we will not refund you but you can rebook it instead, just refer to my other tour schedule
Q: Can we sex inside the tent?
A: Nope sorry we encourage discreet behavior :) we can book you though to a hotel in daet at your own expense :)
Q: Can we be finicky?
A: Sorry we don't have much patience with finical people, they're mostly party poopers. So better not join us if you are too finical :)
Q: Is there electricity on the island?
A: There's none on the shore lines but we have generator set running from 6pm till midnight
Q: Can we wiggle out our butts?
A: Sure you can just make sure your butts do not stink :p
Q: Is there fresh water for bath?
A: There's a water pump for free usage but you can hire someone to fetch a water for you at P10.00/pail
Q: Is there a hotel in calaguas?
A: There’s an Eco Village Resort but they dont have aircon rooms.
Q: Do you have snorkeling gears?
A: Nope, you can bring your own snorkeling gear though.
Q: What are other activities that can be done in Calaguas?
A: Our tours got volleyball, kayaks, frisbee, Mini Island hopping in 2 islands & hiking.
Q: If we provide our own tent, how much will be our tour package cost?
A: Same rate as tent accommodation is part of our tour package, so better make use of our tents for a hassle free travel :)

A: Do It Yourself
Q: How many islands are there in calaguas?
A: There are 17 islands & islets.
Q: Is Macolabo part of the Calaguas Group of Islands?
A: Nope it’s not, Macolabo is already part of Paracale
Q: Are there NPAs on Calaguas?
A: Nope there's none, just No Permanent Address people :p
Q: How many hours to take in going to Paracale or Vinzons?
A: From Daet to Paracale is approximately 45 mins land transfer
Daet to Vinzons is approximately 10-15- mins land transfer
Boat Transfer Paracale to Calaguas is 14.6 nautical miles in distance or approximately 1 1/2 hours
Boat transfer Vinzons to Calaguas is 19.2 nautical miles or approximately 2 hours boat transfer
Q: Are there other people in Calaguas aside from us?
A: Yes, we are not alone in fact there's a Barangay Community in a distant back area of the Island.
Don't leave your valuables unattended, even if it is just for a moment. Purses, book bags, jackets, cellular telephones etc., all make quick easy targets for thieves.
Avoid throwing tissue or napkins on toilet bowl. We provide trash cans inside the toilets.
Avoid littering, we provide trash bags & cans on all huts & trees.
